Ostatnio zostałam bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczona. Na fanpage Gmina Miękinia pow. średzki zobaczyłam wpis z zaproszeniem na badania mammograficzne. Jestem dumna, że moja gmina tak aktywnie angażuje się w sprawy zdrowotne mieszkańców zachęcając do profilaktyki. Bardzo ciężko przekonać ludzi, aby regularnie się badali, co pozwoli na szybsze wykrycie choroby i leczenie. Wiele osób unika tego tematu ze strachu, że jak pójdzie i zrobi to coś znajdą. Tylko chyba lepiej jak przypadkiem uda się wykryć coś niepokojącego i działać niż dowiedzieć się, że nic nie da się zrobić. Co chwilę dociera do nas informacja, że w naszym otoczeniu ktoś dowiaduje się, że ma nowotwór, ale mimo to odsuwamy myśl, że to może spotkać także nas lub kogoś kto jest dla nas ważny.
Gmina Miękinia organizuje mammobus
Gmina organizując Mammobus wychodzi krok naprzód, sprawia, że wymówki typu nie mam czasu, za daleko nie mają już uzasadnienia. W dodatku badania są bezpłatne, poświęcamy tylko swój czas. To chyba niewielka cena za spokojną głowę i długie życie. Kobiece piersi są piękne i szkoda byłoby je stracić.
